The winners will get informed by SMS and will be called by our team to confirm their address details. The prize includes tickets of various sporting events to watch in the venue of the event. The prizes will be delivered at the same address.
The participant is liable to give the correct address at the time of registration on the microsite.
If the address provided is incorrect or if the participant fails to respond or return our call within 48 hours, then he/she will lose the right to the gift entitlement.

Delivery team will attempt the delivery once. Failure to accept the prize at the time of delivery will result in return of the prize and the participant will have to then collect it from the location advised by Dabur Customer Care centre.

The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by Participants to Dabur India Limited, any of its brands (including Réal Fruit Power) for the promotion. Participants specifically agree and understand that Dabur India Limited is not liable to Participants for any content or illegal conduct of any third party and that Participants alone accept such risk of harm.
INDEMNIFICATION: Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dabur India Limited, any of its brands (including Réal Fruit Power) and their agency from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) Participants use of and access to the promotion; (ii) Participants violation of any term of these Terms. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.
Any provision of the these terms and conditions that are declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi alone.
Dabur can contact the consumer for upcoming events or launches on the contact details provided for which no consideration would be payable.
